Why didn't I try this sooner?

I was actually surprised by the grandeur of the Beautiful Room and the really good friendliness of the staff. They were pretty good to assist. The rooftop pool provides a fine view, but sometimes the loud music can be a bit distracting. A comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations!

Room size and clean. Well-furnished.

there was no breakfast buffet and waiter service very sow, waiter had to bring each item, orange juice, cerial, coffee etc.separately. dining room was very small, no place for an evening meal as it was often full, even to me as guest in the hotel, very poor service. drinks expense, 1 beer costs Egpytian Pounds 40,- my room rate was on special offer,otherwise I would not have booked. TV system was too complicated, inlcuded a DVD player and other players. 3 remote controlers, which was which and which played normal TV programmes. As a business traveller, I do not wish to find the way the TV works after being out 10 hours.

Loved the comfy bed, but the bathroom cleanliness really needs improvement.

Nice personnel. Good breakfast. Nice bathroom. Very close to the airport.

Only two months open (soft opening) and already too many things are not working. Smart TV showed snow for 2 days. Door handle came off. Keys had to be reset every day. Personnel is very nice but serve you feta when asked for gouda cheese and persist it is gouda.. And cornflakes for oats and persist etc.. A good hotel training would not be a bad idea. For the rest fine hotel next to the airport which is a great advantage in crowded Cairo. Improvement could be a u-turn closer then 5 km from the hotel to get there.

Exceptional hotel, elegant atmosphere, unbeatable location near airport. The large room with its exceptionally comfortable beds. Luxury bathroom, and a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator...

The spacious rooms were clean, and the rooftop views of the Nile were fine. Just a bummer that most shops in the connected mall were closed. Perfect for a quick stop near the airport!

The units were fancy and the staff were very professional and highly professional people with a friendly & helpful member of staff. The location of this hotel was ideal and convenient.

It has helpful employees. Make sure to get deluxe room with very comfortable beds, bath and nice bathrooms.

Unexpectedly vibrant central location

I enjoyed the convenience of being located next to a lively shopping mall that provided entertainment and dining options. The room was spacious and well-appointed.

The stay offered a peaceful atmosphere, highlighted by the beautifully decorated spacious Beautiful Room. Room service impressed with succulent organic chicken. The restaurant closure for an event was disappointing, limiting dining options, and a lack of nearby food alternatives was noticeable. A decent experience but with room for improvement.

It was just a good match for a weekend stopover in Cairo with good value for cost. The staff managed to have everything ready at check-in, making it super smooth. Make sure to ask about the best nearby food options since it can be a bit limited.

The hotel was spacious and clean, especially with our three dogs. We enjoyed the swimming pool's fun vibe during the day and appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions in Cairo.

My kids wished for more food options nearby.

big rooms and comfy beds!

I was kinda surprised by how spacious and clean the room was! The bed seemed like a cloud, and the staff were super nice. Room service was good, too! Just a heads up, breakfast options were kinda basic, so don't expect a huge spread. Perfect spot if you have an early flight.
